Responsibilities
- Understand client business processes and assist in configuring the platform to meet their needs.
- Facilitate product training sessions for clients (on-site or virtual) to ensure smooth adoption.
- Conduct internal training sessions to share knowledge across teams. Requirement
- Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements.
- Work with internal product and tech teams to recommend and implement feature enhancements. Product Adoption & Support
- Ensure clients effectively use the platform by aligning it with their workflows.
- Provide support to address client issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Assist in API integration processes with client CRMs, ensuring smooth data flow.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate platform updates.
- Provide feedback to internal teams for product enhancements based on client interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends to contribute to product

Qualifications Required
- A Bachelor's degree in Technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Interest in fintech, product consulting, and client success.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Preferred:
- Basic understanding of business processes or workflow systems.
- Familiarity with API integrations and tools like Jira (training will be provided).
- Exposure to SaaS platforms or Agile methodologies (not mandatory).
