    All our services are delivered electronically. Upon successful subscription or onboarding:

    • Access to the Crego platform is provisioned digitally via secure login credentials.
    • API keys and documentation are provided through our developer portal.
    • Platform configurations and integrations are set up remotely by our team.
    • All communications, onboarding materials, and support are provided via email, video conferencing, or through the platform itself.

    3. Service Activation Timeline

    Upon completion of the subscription or onboarding process:

    • For enterprise clients requiring custom configurations, the timeline will be outlined in the service agreement.

    4. No Physical Shipping

    Since all our products and services are digital in nature, there are no shipping charges, delivery timelines for physical goods, or logistics involved. No physical items will be dispatched to any address.

    Our platform is designed to be available 24/7, subject to scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen technical issues. We strive to maintain uptime as outlined in our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with enterprise clients.
